Gumasta licence

Dear Freinds

One of my client is operating a proprietory business in Mumbai in a rented premises and he wants a Gumasta Licence on his business name but the problem is that the owner of this premises had already got a licence on his business name on this premises.

What is the procedure now??

Do the owner have to cancel his Gumasta or the tenant can operate withour gumasta.

The owner who have gumasta licence is for his business and if the tenant is carrying the same business under same name then no new gumasta would be required But if there is change in any type, name of business then new licence would be required
is one gumasta license sufficient for a shopping center or mall ??

Can gumasta licence be obtain in residence area for the purpose of godown/storehouse? As his neighbour had launched the complaint regarding it to society and police station claiming bmc act 346(1),347( a),(b),(c).  One of agent has suggested the goddown(Tenant of the room) owner to take licence with the tile of  " Enterprise" eg "ABC Eneterprise " as agent had done it in other residence area for one of his client.

What steps has to be taken to overcome it or what would be its consequences or what the neigbour can do to remove these storehouse.How much penalty has to be paid for the same. As agent claims 18k for getting such licence
