The completion of my articleship date in my Institute Identity Card is 10-10-2011. Still i have`nt submitted Form-108. Its been more than 7 months after date. What should i do now? I live in Tirupati, But my Employer`s office is in chennai. Where should i submit the required forms? Any suggestions about the late reason letter??

Why have u been so reckless in completing the procedural aspects..??
Anyways u need to send form 108 along woth a fine of 1000/- to insitute at chennai - BOS. Place doesnt maater since ICAI- chennai does all this works so get the same form filled in completely and post it to BOS along with 1000/- fine.
