Dear sir/ma'am

i have transport agency but i have not registered under GST act but i need a current account for the transaction but i dont want get registered under GST and my turnover below 20lc plz suggest me in what act i should get registered for opening current account

Absolutely, there is no need for you to get registered in GST.

Take a PAN card and go to bank. They will open a current account to you.

But sir they want firm's registration certificate to open an account coz i want to open in the name of business not individual

Dear Mr. Shobhit.,

 

Just you register under "UDYOG AADHARR SCHEME" and Take it as Your Registration Certificate...
