can we avail service tax credit of tax paid on goods transport agency?
Service tax paid for Goods Transport Agency can be taken for Input Credit if and only if service tax is paid on the entire amount paid to the Goods transport Agency. But where service tax has been paid at an abated rate then no input credit can be availed on it.
