Yes. We can Aval Input Service tax Credit on payments made to GTA.
All service tax paid towards GTA cannot be allowed to take credit except the service tax paid for inward freight and not outward freight
Service tax paid for Goods Transport Agency can be taken for Input Credit if and only if service tax is paid on the entire amount paid to the Goods transport Agency. But where service tax has been paid at an abated rate then no input credit can be availed on it.
