How to get hsn summary for purchases to report in gstr9? Is there any way to get it from gst portal itself? please guide me..

As per Press released on 3/7/2019 by CBIC , no need provide details for Table 18 (HSN summary on inward supply)

In press release which is on said dated mentioned that...
Tax payers are advised to declare all such data to the best of their knowledge and records..But in my case I don't have any details regarding input hsn. In gstr9 Table 18 is mandatory table which need to be filled..so can you guide me how to proceed further?
