The due date for filing GSTR-9, GSTR-9A, and GSTR-9C for the FY 2017-18 has been extended by two months, till 31 August 2019, by 35th GST council meeting. Official notification can be made anytime soon.
There is no official notification by council , yes as per Press release it's 31/8/19.
