Is every one must need to file annual return who already filing monthly base and quater base. I hope no need to file because already we submitted r records by monthly or quaterly filing na. please clear my doubt

If you regular registered tax payer , you have to file GSTR 9 annual return , even though you filing monthly returns .
Everyone has to File.
Even Composition Dealer also.
