In website this qtr gstr4 filing not enabling and when will enable online

GSTR 4 filing not required from this year Apr-Jun 19 return onwards... we need to file annual return by the year end. Date will be announced soon...
Instead of GSTR 4, the Composition Scheme Dealers has to file Form GST CMP 08. This form is still not available in the common portal.
you have to file Gstr4 annually and G.S.T cmp08 quarterly
