GSTR3B filed after due date interest

Dear sir
I have filed GSTR3B after due date I.e. 2days late filed
is there any interest for @ 18% for my output GST ,I have no liabilities for the month
excess of GST but GST Department issued notice @ 18%int on output liabilities
