Gstr 2A shows all names and details of all purchases made by you from GST registered parties ( For this you must give your GST number)

Main Purpose of GSTR-2A
1. Seller have deposit gst Amt to Govt.
2. Seller Show Sale to Purchaser
3. ITC available on the basis on GSTR-2A at the end of Assessment.
GSTR-2A is auto populated form GSTR1 filed by the supplier for verification of purchase details for buyer . purpose to verify the details file the supplier correct or not .
I have purchased some goods for my business.i have pay rs 70000 gst amount is 13500.but due too file a nill return.how I claim it.it happen before 3 mounth but I continuously nill return
Supplier(registered undr GST) must file Invoice amount rs 70000/- in GSTR 1 for your verification in GSTR2A in the month you purchase the Goods .
seller have file it.but I never file in gstr3b.if I have file after 3 mounth if any problem
When he sold the goods ?. Invoice Date and filed the retrun .
