we all are know we can export goods in conditions
1.with lut or bond
2.with payment of IGST
now my question is arise if we export goods with payment of tax
so what will be invoice value shall be considered
and what I should show in gstr1 table 6A
becz. there is option for show taxable value and total invoice value
if I show only taxable value that is goods for further for claim refund
If you supplies goods/services to SEZ Unit with payment pf tax then
1. Invoice value will be Taxable value+ IGST
2. And select the option 'Supply to SEZ with payment of tax' in the ''invoice tpye'' tab.
If you supplies goods/services to SEZ unit without payment of tax then
1. Invoice value will be equal to Taxable value
2. And select the option 'Supply to SEZ without payment of tax' in the ''invoice tpye'' tab.
