I registered my gst on august 2018 and opted for quarterly filling of gstr1, I filed my first gstr1 on September and after that my gstr1 option shows disabled on October filling time, before 2-3 days I checked and now gstr1 option shows in enabled condition.
Now my October month gstr1 and November month gstr1 shows enabled but last week the option was in disabled condition .
Now my October gstr1 and November gstr1 shows due ,last week this option was in disabled condition.
now option for quarterly filling also not showing

I suggest...whenever you face a technical glitch in your login, please take relevant screenshots and raise a ticket with GSTN helpdesk on Self service portal. (https://selfservice.gstsystem.in/)
And as Raja sir has stated above, please also raise a grievance with CBIC. (https://cbec-gst.gov.in/cbec-portal-ui/?webticketing)
Do I need to file the return now or wait for quarterly filling option?
