GSTR1 Not Filled Yet. late fine charge or not?
I have not filled any gstr1 return since july17 to till date. pls suggest me that late fine will attract for gstr1 filling now or not.

late fees is not applicable on GSTR 1.
Late Fee is applicable for GSTR 1 return...
But,
It's not calculated in current GSTR 3B return. GSTR 3B return take late fee only itself (GSTR 3B).
The GSTR 1 return Late Fee may be levied on GSTR Annual Return.
So,
As per my view "Better to pay Late Fee Yourself"

At present gstn didn't charge late fee on gstr 1 return

Agreed with Raja Sir, But there is a possibilty of waiving the interest & late fees by the Department.
