Gstr1 nill filing getting an error "the user is not authorized to access this url."

what is solution this error gstr1 " The User is not authorized to access this URL"

Due to Nill filing for more than 6 months the gst access has been cancelled which gave the error message mentioned.

Once I get a bill to be filed, the access can be revoked.

sir i filed more than 12 months gstr-1 whith transcations but iam also geeting this error

If this error is stopping you from filing then You can check the status of your GSTIN in the gst portal

"Search taxpayer >> Search by GSTIN >>Provide your GSTIN.

If its says cancelled then you need to visit your company Jurisdictional Office.(Your Zonal Government office)

If it says active and your getting this error message its still better to visit the Jurisdictional Office and check the reason for revoking your GSTIN access.

Please check Notices and orderes, if regstration cancelled. the error become like this.

If the other possibilities are ruled out then it is purely software error, just changing the browser will help you.

Always try in Google Chrome. Ut works.

I was getting the error in google chrome, but when i tried it in internet explorer i didn't got the error and then i filed the return .

" The User is not authorized to access this URL"

The above error is just a problem with GST Netwrok. If you are filing nil return for GSTR - 1, do one thing, Generate Summary -  add a nil invoice in b2cs (with zero amount and zero tax rate) - DO NOT GENERATE SUMMARY AGAIN - SUBMIT the return - a message would display that there is invoices pending.... just ignore that - Now your return is submitted.

I was getting the same error. I just logged out & restart the browser. When i logged in back back the error was resolved.

Worked for me.

Attention all 

there is no such error its just an temporary problem on GST site and it can be solve by generate summary 2 or 3 times and submit return.
