While filing GSTR1 IS IT COMPLUSORY to show challan for job work in documents

Yes you need fill the delivery challan numbers in documents summary in GSTR1.
what if i hav not put in any return in gstr1
documents is not so much compulsory. but if you want to show then show in next month return. but HSN code is mandatary
