Yes, The deadline is extended for persons having turnover greater than 1.5 crores wide Notificatio No. 02/2018 - CGST. I Have attached the notification. 

NO NOTIFICATIONS FOR EXTENTION OF GSTR 1 

The notification mentioned above by me is for extension of GSTR-1 deadline

Sorry, Economic Times told that gstr-1 is extended to 15th Jan 18 based on which i posted the above one. But now, it says that it was a fake one.
