Ab GSTR1 file Karna hai jisme tax invoice hai...
So hum tax pay Kar sakte hai kya?
If yes, than sett off kaise hoga?

yes you can show those tax invoice in GSTR1 and pay tax liability accordingly and the same should be reconcile at the time of audit in GST
