Yes its being Notified by Notification 39/2018 CT ,
The full format for annual return form has been precribed & instructions how to fill therein the said notification

Its not available on Portal , but already being Notify by council by abive said notification , link is cbec .gov.in

That's the Correct Answer for the said Query. No more other details with explanation, Notification and Circular, etc, etc.,

Bcoz, We can't exposer or gifted to details without checking Querist eligible for understanding the above said details...

In my first reply :Its being notified
In my 2nd reply : Its not available on portal
And the Querist Query was That Annual Form has been Released.

So i replied yes its "format" being released in said notification . As everyone knows that its not available on portal yet .
