Hi,
MY ITC as per GSTR2A return is RS , 12,345/- ( which is correct as per my book )- 2017-18 ( I have check all ITC , all are correct n I have invoice of all )
But in GSTR9 table 8 it's showing only 2789/- ( auto populated )
I have mail to GSTR helpdesk , but got only copy paste reply . No proper reply on my query.
What should I do in such case , if I file return it will file in negative ITC , so in that case I might get department notice .
What can be done to resolve such system error
