I have filed all the Returns n forms on r before due date nothing pending When I am trying to file gstr 9, it was blocked n showing that'Plz file ur applicable Returns n statements and try again'
The Tab for GSTR 9 will be not get Highlighted if any return pertaining to FY 2017-18 is not filed. Hence if you are enable to browse GSTR 9 then it is understood that all your returns are filed , so it might be some technical error , talk to Helpline
Note : But kindly check it once again if your return is filed for said period
