becase some of my customer not maintain the hsn wise input.

Sir, for a small scale dealer whose previous year turnover was below 1.50 Crores, HSN is not required. So is it okay to not maintain the stock register HSN wise?
Does this position change when the dealer crosses 1.50 Crores in the current year? Kindly advise. Thanks.
