Please let me know which GSTR 9 Or 9C has to file if turnover is less than 1.5 Crore & it is to be audited by CA or not?

No need to audit & GSTR 9C if Turn over less than 2cr.
GSTR 9C applicable only to the taxpayer who's turn over exceeding 2cr.
GSTR 9C applicable only to the taxpayer who's turn over exceeding 2cr.

As per Section 44 read with rule 80, , turnover below 2 crore need to file GSTR 9 & more rhan 2crore needs to file GSTR 9 & 9C
As per proviso to Rule 80(1) , composition dealer needs to file GSTR 9A
As per Rule 80(2), E-commerce operator need to file GSTR 9B
As per proviso to Rule 80(1) , composition dealer needs to file GSTR 9A
As per Rule 80(2), E-commerce operator need to file GSTR 9B

@ santosh dimble Aggregate Turnover includes all taxes except CGST, SGST and IGST

Aggregate Turn Over without GST Taxes.
