By mistake we have clicked compute liabilities in gstr 9 annual return.Does that mean gstr9 return has been submitted??

No option for revised GSTR9.
That means we can edit the details??

No problem. The Return has not yet been filed. Just a summary of the GSTR 9 has been generated. You still may edit the details, if required.
