Is difference amount (negative amount) shown in 8 (D) & 6(J) is to be paid in DRC 3 Chaĺlan for submission of GSTR 9 ?

No...... but in table 6 , have you reported the fiqures as per Books if yes then plz report it as per return filed (3b) , & report excess ITC claimed in Table 8C .

Note : To report fiqures in 8C only if you have claim the ITC of fy 2017-18 in Fy 2018-19
