Yes you have give inward supplies detail in Gstr4.
But the form Gstr4a is read only form, it reflects all your inward supplies on the basis of your supplier filed his return

show all purchases under sheet 4A&B and show sales turnover details in sheet 6.

I think your registration type is regular., so only you are getting month wise table.
No need to feed purchase details in GSTR 4 return.

ON 13/06/2018 THE NOTIFICATION 26/2018 CT HAS BEEN ISSUED BY CBEC STATING NO NEED TO GIVE PURCHASE DETAIL UPTO 30/06/2018 (IST QTR) , & TILL DATE NO FURTHER NOTIFICATION IS ISSUE IN THIS REGARD, SO IT MEANS THE TAXPAYER HAS GIVEN RELAXATION UPTO 30/06/2018 NOT GIVE PURCHASE DETAIL
HENCE FOR II QTR, FY 2018-19, PURCHASE NEED TO PROVIDE
