Is it mandatory to file all the purchases made in the quarter to file GSTR 4? What if not filed?

no this Is extended up to 30 september . no need to add pichhe detail under reverse chage or other than reverse charge
B2B purchase is not compulsory and no need to be shown in gstr4.
