From the fourth quarter of 2018-19,B2B purchase data is to be uploaded to the GSTN using the offline tool.However,populating the offline tool with all individual invoices is proving to be cumbersome.
Can the data be uploaded to the GSTN using a similarly designed excel sheet?
Or is it compulsary to use the offline tool?
