GSTR 4
which purchase details to file while filing GSTR 4 after the govt. latest notification for Sept. 2018 quarter. pls explain briefly.

No need to file purchase details in GSTR 4 return.
Not even purchases from unregistered dealers
not required.....
in my view, URD purchases will not be reflected in GSTR4 A, so better prepare purchase inwards invoice and so it in GSRT4.
