Please tell me regarding derails of good/services purchase from registered person is mandatory to fill in gstr-4 also goods/services purchased from unregistered person is mandatory to fill in gstr-4 and reverse charge will be applicable for purchase of goods and services from registered person.

Purchase with Reverse charge and unregistered purchase are compulsory required to be shown in gstr 4.
B2B purchase is not compulsory and no need to be shown in gstr4.

You can show URD purchase in table 4C - inward supplies received from an unregistered supplier in Gstr4.
