GSTR 3B VALIDATION ERROR
i have submited my GSTR 3B Successfully. But when i try to offset liability, the error displayed 'CHECKSUM VALIDATION : FAILED'. Now i want how to know the error and file the same. Anyone can help to resolve the issue?

Penalty is running but site is not running
offset liability is working now. We have just filed the return GSTR 3B
Seems the error got resolved now. Please try to offset liability, I have uploaded my returns just now.
