Gstr 3b output shown as interstate instead of intrastate
Need one help my august month invoice seller have given me cgst+sgst invoice instead of igst it was intrastate purchase...and I have filed it also like seller have given incoice as interstate in gstr3b and claimed itc ...but seller have not filed his gstr1 how to Rectify this mistake

co ordinate with your supplier and make him to rasie correct invoice and guide him to file accordingly.No interest will arise in ur case
And what about the tax I have claimed in gstr3b and got credited in credit ledger
no problem will arise as the supplier has not filed his GSTR1 so the same would not have been reflected in GSTR2A .Don't worry

I m buyer and the seller have given august month inter-state (cgst+sgst)invoice in place of intra state invoice(igst)...
