Hello everyone, what are the consequences if GSTR 3B is filed without following the 10% concept on ITC?
i.e, ITC claimed is more than the amount reflecting in GSTR 2A, as of now only some amount is reflecting in GSTR 2A and by 10th jan probably total amount will get reflected in GSTR 2A.
now, GSTR 3B is filed today without seeing ITC reflecting in GSTR 2A, does it become a problem?
It is better to file your 3B after 11th of succeeding month.
you are not supposed to claim more ITC than in 2A. yes it will be a issue. you may get notice from tax officials.
after entering the dashboard and after selecting month u have a tab ITC CLAIM table. in that we can able to view ITC as per 3B and as per 2A.
