Why if I file GSTR 3B the below error?
" Please submit GSTR3B and clear liability to proceed with filing. If error persists quote error number RT-3BWS1009 when you contact customer care for quick resolution "

Please call GST helpdesk and tell them the error number. They will sove it within a minute.

It's just System's or Portal's overload or Busy mode. So, Wait on it's availability....
