How to file gstr 3b for bank recovery agen

In case of Bank recovery agent GST will be paid by Bank on reverse charge basis and bank will file the retrun as per notification 13/2017 - 28/6/2017 so if you are registered under GST then you have to file Nil retrun . please confirm form others also .
