TODAY IS D LAST DATE
As per 23rd gst council meeting 31 Dec 2017 is the last date to file GSTR 1 for the month of July 2017...

BUT AS PER PORTAL IT IS 30-11-2017 (IRRELEVANT)
System is not ready for all cases wheather provision has been made by the govt. So we shouldn't follow the portal declaration, we have to follow notification, provision...........
