Gstr 2 query

I have not filed my GSTR 2 for the month of January. I want to add a missing purchase invoice but the gst website is showing to check the due dates for the filing. Please guide me what to do now as i have filed my gstr 1 and gstr 3b for the month of January and i have also claimed ITC in gstr 3b for the same invoice.

I have also not filed my gstr for the month of February and same issue is arising.

Please reply ASAP.

GSTR 2 not filling now. you can only view your GSTR 2A in which your all purcahse should be shown which was from registered regular dealer

No need to file GSTR 2, Not required , deferred to 30/6/18

dear harshal

in 26 gst council meeting following is the outcome:

The present system of filing of GSTR 3B and GSTR 1 is extended for another three months i.e., April to June, 2018 till the new return system is finalized. A new model was discussed extensively and Group of Ministers on IT has been tasked to finalize the same.

Yes Notifications is awaited... but soon will issue

I have made a purchase from a registered wholesaler but it is not showing any invoice for the month of January in GSTR 2A.Same is the case for the month of February. And I have claimed ITC for the same invoice in GSTR 3B January.

So I have to file only GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B until 30/06/2018?

yes u have to file gstr 1 & gstr 3b right now. many faces dis prob of gstr 2a dat dey can't see invoices bcz of non filing or incorrect filing of gstr1 by other party but whenever form gstr 2 will come you can enter details of invoices u can't see in 2A. As per my knowledge,
