I have bought a software 2 years back and claimed input credit on that. Now I have surrendered GST certificate and filing gstr 10. Do I need to pay the ITC claimed on the software now.

Yes you have to pay ITC Claimed but you pay against capitalisation on yearly basis & not need to pay total ITC claimed.
