GSTR 10 for Composition Dealer

GSTR 10 is required to be filed only by the persons whose registration under GST has been cancelled or surrendered. The the regular persons registered under GST are not required to file this return.

No composition dealer is not required to file gstr 10.

gstr10 is not available in portal

Gstr sales 10 it is available on portal .. only for those regular dealer whose registration has been cancelled

one of my dealer registration cancelled but till date there is no gstr 10 in his portal

Go to services tab gst portal after log in . In that return tab and under tht final return. if you have received cancellation order and. you are not a composition dealer then only final return will be available for you.

yes i recieved cancellation order but there is no gstr 10 in portal it shows only gstr3b gstr1

GSTR 10 final return is not reuired to be file by following :
1. ISD
2.Composit Dealer
3. Casual Taxable Person
4. person required to Deduct tax as per section 51
5.person required to deduct TCS as per section 52.

Hence You are Not required to File GSTR 10
