If I Surrender My GSTIN is it Compulsory to fill GSTR-10 ?

What is Late Fee or Penalty for GSTR-10?

Yes as per Section 45 CGST it mandatory to file GSTR 10 within 3month from the date of cancellation.

Yes late fee is applicable 100/- Per day & Maximum 10000/- for both the Act

You are regular dealer then you are required to file gstr 10 otherwise if you area composition dealer then you are not required to file gstr 10
