I submitted(not filed) data for gstr 1 quarter 2, but forgotten to insert data for the month of August.
Is there any options for me to correct the mistake?

no there are no option for that... Because before submitting they ask to verify and also said that once submitted it can not be changed.. though it not filled.So, you can amend in next return
u mean that I file the return(incomplete) before 31st dec and add data of august and file in 3rd quarter return?

what if they won't allow to enter date of previous period?
There is separate column for amendments previous month invoice... Go through gstr1

🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏in amended column u can also add missing invoices of previous months... U show in ur gstr1 bill book details... Missing bill should be in that series
Trans 1 submitted but not filed,GST 3b and gst1 are submitted but not filed for the month of July,trans 1 submitted on Aug,if I want to submit gst3b it shown as file trans 1 before submitting the return.Trans 1 window shown as time over
