Gstr-1 payment voucher could not be saved

I have opted for quarterly filing.  In GSTR-1 for quarter ending Dec, I am able to save details of  invoices issued for outward supplies. However, details of payment vouchers (prepared for making advance payment for import of services subject to reverse charge) coube be saved only temporarily. After saving and logging out, when I once again log in, the details disappear and there is no document available for display. Inspite of making several attempts, this problem persists. What to do?
