Dear Experts,
A registered person who filled all GSTR-3B till now but no GSTR-1 filled. He wants to fill all GSTR-1 return now.
Kindly let me know can he file the all GSTR-1 return now? If yes then he file normal return or have any other statutory requirement for the same.
