GSTR-1 - Details of outward supplies not showing online but in offline tool has been showing, in gst portal quire (ticket no 201812044415178 ) also raised but no reply

Please call on 0120-4888999 and ask the GST helpdesk for the status of your ticket.
Its important to keep following up with them on regular basis.
If issue is not getting resolved for over a week then, raise the grievance also with CBIC on
