AFTER MADE PAYMENT OF LATE FEES (THERE IS NO TAX), I CANNOT SET OFF LIABILITY,
AND ALSO CANNOT PROCEED TO FILE GSTR 3b

set off tax liability or other manually.
actually only late fee is my due . I paid .after this I cannot proceed further.
this happened due to IGST new set off rules, so pls set off manually. check the tax liability again and set off manually.
there is no tax liability sir.
