how can I amend the GSTR 1 March 2019,

you can't amend return after submission. if there is mistake then you can correct it in subsequent returns.
You question is not clear , please elaborate
I made a mistake in fy 2018-19,March GSTR 1, i forgot it correct in June return, how can I correct the mistake
correct it in next qtr. , September 19, (make sure that cannot ammend the same after sept , as per proviso provided in section. 16 )
