one of the my client doing bussiness of land plotting and the are no take any gst payment from the customers .because when the add GST then customer loss.so how can they show there turnover or sales in GST Pls reply

किसी भी सिंगल जमीन को प्लाट vies डिवाइड karke sell karna
Its not under purview of GST , As per schedule III there is no GST applicable on land sale , its not treated as Supply
Hence you charge & collect GST on same
