B2b posting by mistake B2C , can I reconsilate from B2C to B2B?

You can ammend it in your Next GSTR 1,
yes , you can make amendments in next month GSTR1.
actually mistake was 3rd quarter of 2017-18
Correct it in your Sept 18 , else cannot do amendment to same.
