I am trying to put details of documents used but after refreshing it's showing system failure

  • ADD DOCUMENTS 
  • SAVE 
  • RE-GENERATE GSTR 1 SUMMARY 
  • CHECK AFTER 5 MINS 
  • IT WILL SHOWS ALL DOCUMENTS ISSUED

Spoke to GST Helpline, they accepted that there were issues with Documents Issued column.

Told me that they will resolve ASAP.
