In home of GST Portal,it shows that the date of monthly return (July-Oct) is 31st December.But when I am going to submit,it does not work.My question is why this type of error is taken place?Is there any solution of it?If it is,then please tell me.

yes till date no option for filling Qtrly Return for small assessee.only month wise submission option is available.upload the data month wise in portal.
But it doesn't work.Monthly GST return cannot be submitted.It shows error : "Not allow".
