Hello Sir/Madam,
can we file GSTR-1 of July after 10th October. ?

You can file. But, Late fee is applicable...

Very Important please note:
If you have not filed GSTR 1 by due date i.e. 10th October 2017 then you cannot file the same till 31st October i.e. Due Date for filing of GSTR 2.
It means late fee for non filing of GSTR 1 will be minimum 4200 for both the Act i.e. CGST Act & SGST Act.
